Blending Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alexander Valley and Moon Mountain, with Merlot from the Carneros region, this wine exhibits dark berry and cassis throughout with aromas of vanilla, leading to good balance of structure and acidity.   Aged 15 months in American and French oak barrels.

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc,     23% Petit Verdot, 13% Merlot

Nicely balanced, this wine has dark berry, black cherry flavors with dark chocolate undertones, good structure and acidity.  It was aged 13 months in French oak, finishing with supple tannins and depth.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is from 50% Oakville AVA, 25% Yountville AVA, and 25% Oak Knoll AVA. Aromas of toasty oak and with flavors of dark cherry, black currant, and cedar. This wine was aged in new and 1yr old French oak barrels for an average of 16 months. Full-bodied, nicely structured, and with a balance between fruit and oak, this wine will age gracefully over the coming decade.
